Christopher Turner

Christopher Turner is an experienced attorney practicing in the areas of probate, wills, trusts, and elder law. He is the founder and owner of Turner Law, where he is dedicated to providing practical and compassionate legal guidance to individuals and families throughout Colorado.

Mr. Turner also serves as the Public Administrator for Adams and Broomfield Counties within Colorado’s 17th Judicial District, assisting the court with the administration of estates when no appropriate fiduciary is available.

A graduate of the University of Colorado, Boulder, Mr. Turner earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School in December 2010 and was admitted to the Colorado Bar in May 2011. While attending law school, he interned for the Professional Bull Riders Association, served as a Teaching Assistant for Legal Writing, and was the Managing Editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy.

Mr. Turner later interned with the 10th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, gaining experience in criminal law. Early in his legal career, he performed significant work in civil litigation and medical malpractice and represented clients in all stages of criminal litigation, from arrest through jury trial.

He later transitioned his practice to focus on probate and elder law, representing clients in matters involving estate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, trusts, and estate planning. He also serves as a professional fiduciary for individuals and families who require trusted and experienced representation.

Mr. Turner is known for his thoughtful, strategic approach and his commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal matters with clarity and confidence.

    Practiced at Gantenbein Law Firm for over eight years, where he led the firm’s probate, estate administration, and estate planning practice. During his tenure, he developed a strong reputation for guiding families and fiduciaries through complex estate matters with professionalism, clarity, and compassion. It was during this time that he discovered his passion for helping clients navigate the legal and personal challenges that arise after the loss of a loved one.

    In recognition of his work, Mr. Turner was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2021–2024, an honor awarded to a select group of attorneys for their professional achievement and peer recognition. His experience and reputation in estate administration led to his appointment as the Public Administrator for Colorado’s 17th Judicial District, where he handles estates when no suitable personal representative is available. In addition to his work in probate and estate planning, he collaborated with other attorneys at the firm on matters involving real estate, business law, foreclosure defense, and eviction proceedings.

  • Office of the District Attorney, Tenth Judicial District, Pueblo, CO: Interned directly with Deputy District Attorneys; research, writing and preparing motions; assisted Deputy District Attorneys in the First Appearance Center assisting with dispositions of traffic violations; assisted Deputy District Attorneys in trial and various court appearances.

  • Professional Bull Riders, Pueblo, CO:

    Interned directly with General and Corporate Counsel to advise CEO, CFO and Board on various legal matters; review ordinances regarding advertisements of tobacco products and how it affects sponsorships; draft and review license agreements, sponsorship agreements, and royalty agreements; maintain filings with the Colorado Secretary of State.

Linda Manhkhong

Linda Manhkhong serves as a Paralegal at Turner Law, bringing over 15 years of high-level operational and administrative experience, paired with extensive hands-on legal experience in probate and estate matters. She is known for her professionalism, discretion, and ability to manage complex workflows with precision and efficiency.

For three years, Linda served as the Lead Paralegal for the Probate and Estates practice at Gantenbein Law Firm, where she played a key role in managing estate administrations from start to finish. In this role, she handled client communication, prepared legal documents, coordinated filings, and worked closely with attorneys to ensure matters progressed smoothly and efficiently. Her leadership and deep understanding of probate processes made her an integral part of the firm’s success in this practice area.

At Turner Law, Linda continues to support clients through all stages of probate and estate administration. She assists with case management, document preparation, court filings, and client coordination, ensuring each matter is handled with care, organization, and attention to detail.

Prior to her legal career, Linda supported C-suite executives and boards of directors across multiple industries, developing a strong foundation in organization, communication, and high-level client service. This background gives her a unique ability to anticipate needs, stay organized under pressure, and maintain a high level of professionalism in every interaction.

Linda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from West Texas A&M University and is highly skilled in managing detailed processes, maintaining confidentiality, and delivering exceptional client service.
